Palm Coast FL Florida

Palm Coast · Flagler County · Florida
Recovery, the way the tide finds the shore.
Tideline is a small, clinician-led addiction treatment center tucked between the Intracoastal and the Atlantic. We pair evidence-based medicine with the slow, restorative rhythm of the Florida coast — so healing feels less like a battle and more like coming home to yourself.
Our approach
Addiction is not a character flaw. It's a wound that learned to speak.
Most people arrive at our doors carrying years of shame and three or four "last tries." We don't add another. Tideline rebuilds the nervous system before it asks anything of the willpower — because lasting sobriety is a biology project before it is a moral one.

One plan, drawn for you
No conveyor-belt curriculum. Your clinical team builds a single living plan that follows you from detox to alumni life.
Small by design
We cap our community at 24 clients. Your therapist will know your dog's name, the song that broke you in eighth grade, and what your relapse usually looks like.
Coast as co-therapist
Mornings on the dunes, kayak therapy on the Matanzas, and quiet sand-walks at sunset. The Atlantic does work that fluorescent rooms cannot.
Levels of care
A continuum that bends to your life — not the other way around.
Why Palm Coast

A quieter shore — and a real reason to stay sober tomorrow.
We chose Palm Coast on purpose. It's not the party stretch of Florida. There's no neon, no bottle-service skyline. What there is: 19 miles of mostly empty Atlantic beach, the slow tannin water of the Pellicer Creek preserve, and a town small enough that your morning barista will remember your name by week two. Recovery, it turns out, likes a place where nothing is shouting.

"I'd been to four programs before Tideline. This was the first one that didn't try to fix me on a deadline. Eighteen months sober, and I still walk that same stretch of beach every Sunday."
