Kirkland · Washington

The shore is closer than it looks.

Discreet, evidence‑based addiction treatment on the quiet side of Lake Washington. Recovery designed around your life — not the other way around.

01 — Philosophy

Healing in the cadence of the Northwest.

Addiction does not arrive overnight, and recovery rarely does either. At Cedar & Lake we treat the person, not the diagnosis — combining medical detox, trauma‑informed therapy, and the slow, steady rhythm of life on the water in Kirkland.

Our clinicians are licensed in Washington State and trained in modalities ranging from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR to Medication‑Assisted Treatment for opioid and alcohol use disorders. Care is built around the individual — never a script.

02 — Programs

A continuum, not a checklist.

Most clients move through several levels of care. We meet you where you are and transition you forward only when you're ready.

I

Medical Detox

24‑hour clinical supervision through the most physically demanding window. Comfort‑focused protocols for alcohol, opioids, and benzodiazepines.

II

Residential

30, 60, or 90 days in our lakeside cottage program. Group and individual therapy, psychiatry, somatic work, and time outdoors.

III

Outpatient & Aftercare

Day programs, evening IOP, and alumni support for clients reintegrating into work, school, and family life across the Eastside.

From a graduate

“I came in convinced I was beyond reach. I left knowing the quiet of that lake, and the quiet I'd never felt inside myself.”

— M.R., Kirkland · Class of 2024

03 — Visit

A few minutes from Carillon Point.
